PUCMM and MESCET sign agreement for doctoral scholarship

Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCyT) have signed a collaboration agreement to create three doctoral programs, each with 20 space and hybrid methods: face-to-face and virtual.
