The Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Government of Spain has announced the Culturex Scholarship The purpose of the scholarship is to contribute to the training and specialization of young Spanish professionals in various fields of management and cultural programming through their stay abroad.

Royal Academy of Spain in Rome (Square 1)
Royal Academy of Spain in Rome (Square 2)
Permanent Representation of Spain to UNESCO (Paris)
Applicant requirements for Culturex Scholarship
1.- Has Spanish nationality.
2.- Possessing bachelor’s degree or official academic degree of university degree. Issuance of a foreign degree or in a private Spanish center on the date on which the application submission deadline must be approved by the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sports or the Ministry of Universities.
3.- Must have a master’s degree or doctorate in cultural management. The year of receipt of the title of this postgraduate degree, or the year of payment of the degree, must be 2016 or later.
Depending on the institution chosen, the applicant must have a minimum B2 level of official degree recognition in accordance with the general European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the official language of the destination country. Exceptively, other forms of adequately recognized justification may be accepted.
5.- Not reaching the age of 35 at the time of submission of application.
6.- The previous call did not benefit from the scholarships of Culturex and / or Becas FormARTE program, or enjoyed any public scholarship for the same purpose in the previous three years of this call, especially those of ICEX, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
7.- Active working officers are excluded on the expiry date of submission of application.
8.- Individuals who are entitled to one of the prohibitions under section 13 of Act 38/2003 of 17th November, general subsidy, cannot get the status of beneficiary.
9.- Stay up-to-date in complying with their tax and social security obligations and do not be indebted to the source of the subsidy payment resolution.
10.- The applicant has to include a permanent electronic address for the purpose of communication.
