Today, Tuesday, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics released the annual Bulletin of Education and Training Statistics in public and private sector training institutions for 2020/2021, aimed at monitoring the type of training in public and private sectors. First: Training institutes in public and private sectors
The total number of institutes practicing training activities decreased by 3.1% and reached 590 institutes in 2020/2021 as compared to 609 institutes in 2019/2020.

The Cairo Governorate has the highest number of institutions with 121 institutions, followed by the Calibia Governorate with 41 institutions.

The Cairo Governorate occupies the largest number of these institutions, 109 or 22.7% of the total institutions.
Nursing institutions have the largest number of training institutes with 188 training institutes, accounting for 39.1% of the total training institutes in the public sector (systematic / non-formal).
* Systematic education: It follows the formal education system and issues an academic certificate.
* Non-formal education: It follows the course of training course and does not issue any academic certificate.
The total number of vocational training centers affiliated with the private sector and NGOs under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity has reached 109 centers in 2020/2021 (4 systematic, 105 informal), of which 122 (9 systematic), 113 non-systematic) in 2019/2020. Decreased.
The Suez Governorate ranks first among other governorates in terms of the number of these centers, with a total of 14 vocational training centers at 12.8%, followed by the Cairo Governorate with 12 training centers or 11% of the total vocational training. Training Center of the Republic.

The number of formal education students in training institutions in the public sector has reached 100,126 students in 2020/2021, compared to 85,609 students in 2019/2020, an increase of 17%.
The number of students with formal education in vocational training centers in the private sector reached 2161 students in 2020/2021, compared to 4791 students in 2019/2020, a decrease of 54.9%.
